Library prevents deep sleep in STM32L073R

I am wondering if anyone has had issue preventing the STM32L07 series from sleeping?
If so, has anyone found a solution. This lib works great, I would love to use it, but I must have sleep.
I plan to wake via RTC.

I tried to stop the main atc loop, but it is no good.
