Add ion mobility export support for identified peptides

Description of feature

MHCQuant currently does not export ion mobility information for identified peptides. It seems OpenMS TextExporter does not include ion mobility values in its TSV output.

I think we can already do extract peptide id meta values: OpenMS/OpenMS#8755 (comment)

Should be straight forward :)
