Double tap on message to react

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Many other mobile apps use double tap to react or like a message - whatsapp, iOS message app, tiktok, instagram. Would be nice to use this too!

Double-tapping on a message brings up the 'react' row of icons, like a long-tap -> react.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Signal uses double-tap to edit a message. Also convenient but I think reacting is more relevant. Jan in the design chat:

Yep, that does sound like a good enhancement! :) Could you open it as an issue in the Talk mobile repos?
Reaction seems more apt for double tap, as e.g. Instagram and Tiktok do a like/love on double tap.

Never realized this double tap feature in other apps :D
Fine for me, waiting if there is some input from design review..
