Allow resizing of the columns in the files view

Resizeable columns in the files view so the columns names can be read when language is changed to Spanish so that they are not cut off with "..."

In addition to displaying full column names, this will optimize space usage when having big screens. In the screenshot below I have kilometers of free space, but the tags are partly hidden.

Sometimes you come across tickets like this and wonder how something like this can happen after all the time Nextcloud has been around. The issue is really relevant. I have to search for files that were probably deleted somehow. However, the Files app calculates the width of the columns very unfavorably, so that the column for the name is unnecessarily long and the path column is so short that you can't even read the path itself.

One wonders how such UI design problems can still exist in 2026 when so many people use this software. Hasn't this bothered anyone before? Very strange....
