docs: rewrite projectile weapons tutorial with Crystal Sword system

Replace placeholder Frost Staff tutorial with real Crystal Sword projectile system covering charged bolt attacks, Light Charges ammo, Crystal Light damage element, and SignatureEnergy-powered special orb attack.
