True, doesnt work for me either. The URL is totally wrong for the download. Also the default version is old.

Honestly, my PoV is that unmaintained stuff in this system should be removed. There is so much clutter that should work but doesnt anymore.

Kairos has been a state of very unstable flux for a while, their docs reference netbook files from a GitHub release but then they also pulled them a while back.

Their docs are currently out of date and incorrect:

If someone has time to chase that down and suggest changes, I'm all for reviewing and updating. At the point of time I added support it worked. Mainly been waiting for their development to stabilize before chasing it down again.

I personally don't have time to monitor if experimental distros works or don't work all day but that's the beauty of an open source project especially with AI tools. Point Claude at the issue have it propose a change.

I personally would suggest a generic option for such kind of "systems" and removve them from the list. Having them listed as is suggests a stable operation that seems to be not possible. No attack against you, just added stuff needs maintenance and you run into issues you cant resolve but you are asked for it.
