BGM prevents the user from controlling mute state in certain situations.

There needs to be a way to prevent the application from interacting with a process at all. I wanted to mute an application so that I could listen to music while still using said app, but BGM would always unmute the app once it regained focus regardless of the list in which the app resided.

There needs to be a way to fully exclude a process from BGM's control — neither muting nor unmuting. Currently, "Never Muted" prevents muting but BGM will still unmute the app on focus. A new "Ignore" list where BGM doesn't interact with the process at all would address this. Keeping open as a distinct feature from #16.
