"Order" frontmatter is the same for multiple questions #125

Describe the bug
The order frontmatter property is the same for several questions.
As an example, pass-by-value and map-letters-to-numbers both have order: 24. I was going to fix the numbers, but it got me thinking: is the order property really necessary? Can the questions be ordered some other way (alphabetically, by date, something else)?
