[Feature Request] Disable the fullbright

Feature Description

The void basically has built in fullbright that is on whether you like it or not. Add a toggle that disables this

I fixed that for myself today by opening the mod jar in WinRAR and then in data/javd/dimension_type/void.json changing ambient_light to 0.0, saving, telling WinRAR to modify the file. Make sure the Game is closed. I would like a config option for that as well but in the meantime this works^^

I believe in the same file or another in the same folder structure you can set basically the sun position or daytime and have it fixed. I think I came across some values for it then.
