[Q&A] Cheats won't work + where is the cheat file location?

I am trying to get BLJ Anywhere cheat work on Mupen but it just won't. It doesnt. To answer the Q, title.

Better use RMG, it's easier to use.

I use coop dx now

Edit: if i use mupencheat.txt its still broken it removes all the cheats and detects it as "broken" even if it is correct
