Deleting notes should delete to the operating systems trash folder

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If you erroneously delete a file then you're out of luck unless your cloud syncing service has backups and versioning, which not all of them do.

Describe the solution you'd like
If you delete a note, it would be nice if it used the operating system's trash mechanism to handle that deletion and allow writers a chance to recover their work if they make a mistake.

Along with this, adding a configuration to disable confirmation is something we could consider.
