Remove duplicate Offset type #2164
Description
Likely added during the crate refactoring, we now have two identical Offset types: one in params and one used in extractors. I think we might be able to remove one of them as the extractor’s version doesn’t have its own FromRequest – so AFAICT rust’s orphan rule isn’t in play here.
