Move Benchmark into `shapiq-benchmark`

Describe the workflow you want to enable

I want to modernize and extend shapiq's benchmark capabilities. I want this code to be more or less independent from the core XAI functionality. Hence, I want to create a shapiq-benchmark package that depends on shapiq which implements a lot of easy-to-use (this is currently not the case) benchmark utilities and procedures.

Describe your proposed solution

Rebuild the benchmark suite in the new shapiq-benchmark package and delete it in the core package.
