Version numbering should indicate code breakage #7

Hello,
I just thought that we should increase the second digit of the version number to indicate code breakage. I never thought about this when I made the pull request but it should be made before putting it to hackage to smooth transition, although these are minor changes, they require some small intervention to adapt user code. I propose you increase version number to 0.1.0 does that sounds reasonable to you?
By the way you could give credits to all authors by adding them in the "Author" key of the cabal file. I've seen this is not well documented but it's well supported 1.
