Question about mixing Hepatocyte clearance datasets from ChEMBL from rat and human

Hello, I have some confusion regarding the dataset used in the Hepatocyte clearance application, named "Clearance_Hepatocyte_AZ".
The Hepatocyte dataset displayed in ChEMBL includes both data measured in rat (837 entries) and data measured in human (408 entries). I understand that the distribution of these two types of data can differ significantly.
I noticed that the Clearance, AstraZeneca dataset in tdc shows 1020 hepatocyte data entries.

My question is:

Can these two kind of data, measured in different ways, be mixed directly? Or in what way are they combined?
