3. The tip (as the pic below) is so hard to understand, it is even not a sentence with basic grammar

The English version is:

Use /create-skill to create a skill the agent can load when relevant.

So, maybe a better translation is:

使用 /create-skill 创建智能体在相关场景能够加载的技能

or

使用 /create-skill 创建在相关场景智能体可加载的技能

The latter one keeps the origin style but change "时" to "场景".
