Behaviour

The jupyter.kernels.excludePythonEnvironments is ignored

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open User Settings

2. Add "C:\Program Files\Inkscape\bin\python.exe" to jupyter.kernels.excludePythonEnvironments

   

3. The interpreter is still shown in the list of environments
