Readingbank Dataset unreachable, no official mirror

Describe the bug
ReadingBank download link is broken. There doesn't appear to be any official, freely available copy of the dataset. There are re-uploads in various places but it is impossible to tell if those are legitimate.

The problem arises when using:
Trying to reach the ReadingBank dataset for LayoutReader pre-training
