[Feature Request]: Parity of extension methods between IApplicationBuilder and IHostApplicationBuilder #2576

Scenario
Requesting parity or a way to achieve the same thing between IHostApplicationBuilder, IHostBuilder and IApplicationBuilder. Being able to use all extension methods between these will help folks integrate the SDK across various development patterns.
