DetailsList Icons not rendering

I've created a Power App using the DetailsList. The DetailsList pulls data from a SharePoint list. Recently, the DetailsList icons haven't been rendering. They are appearing as a blank square box (images attached). Sometimes, when I reload the app they will appear briefly. The clickable / select icons are still functional, however this is quite the annoyance to our end users. This has been happening for weeks, even after republishing, troubleshooting etc.

Has anyone else experienced this? What could be causing this? Are there any work arounds? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, we're having the same issue... not when the application is previewed, only when it is published.

I installed the latest version (1.0.20241119.01) yesterday and it didn't resolve the issue.

Same issue here with icons not rendering but for the CommandBar component.

I doubt they will fix this, nobody is responding and it has been months.

Updating PowerCAT solution did fix it for me. But I had to republish the app. Also clearing the browser cache may be needed.
