Tamil language option completely shows Hindi content

Hello Microsoft Team,

I found a major language localization issue in the AI learning course.

When I select Tamil language, the entire content appears in Hindi instead of Tamil. The language switch is not working correctly.

This makes it difficult for Tamil users to access the course in their preferred language.

Please fix the Tamil localization support and provide proper Tamil translations.
