Glitched menu in Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow #2600

The Konami logo when loading is missing, then the menu is black screen, and after pressing A it's this:

Happens with all 3 renderers, commit 4ce2188 and pretty sure it regressed after blackmagic3 (I don't remember when exactly it appeared) regressed in 87e1145
