Can't scan GRAY image

Documentation says

The image format must be "Y800" or "GRAY".

Observed behavior

In reality, it fails to scan GRAY images. It does accept GREY images, except that SQ scanner outputs "Unexpected image format".

Expected behavior

Documentation and actually supported formats must be in agreement.
