✨ add io to edit grid

• add edittsv.py functionality that allows you to copy and paste to and from excel
• add a diff display that prompts the users to accept changes before loading them back to the grid
• (LATER, maybe in a separate issue) interpret row-wise patch, push and delete commands from diff
  • this will be required when using it with digital-schedules
• publish release

add support for transposed grid to edittsv.py

tr.Boolean = transposed

add a data_to_tsv_transposed function similar to this:

This function will transpose the value each time, so transposing twice will result in the same data as the original

observe the tr.Boolean to watch for changes:

def transpose(self, change): transposed_value = data_to_tsv_transposed()
self.text.value = transposed_value
