Update v11.7.0 version archive (#8957)

* Add v11.7.0 Extended Support Release to version archive

Adds v11.7.0 entries to both the Mattermost Enterprise and Team Edition
tabs, marked as Extended Support Release (ESR). SHA-256 checksums need
to be filled in.
