Use Case

My teams use very structured Simulink models and when using the agentic toolkit and the model edit tool, the auto alignment destroys the architecture that we've created.

Proposed Behavior

I would like the option to be able to disable auto alignment and provide some sort of codified way of defining how the agent should align blocks within the Simulink model.

Current Workaround

I have to tell the agent to not use the model_edit tool
