pytorch gpu 24.05 template is broken

it's failing to create the vscode username and also the zsh is failing to install.

Can you try to change the userUid and userGid in the common-utils feature to something higher than 1000, please?

Sometimes the same happens to me when rebuilding a container that previously worked. This usually fixes it.
