Joplin-Desktop (Electron App) is unresponsive, but stays on top

When launching Joplin-Desktop, first a blank window appears:

Afterwards content is shown, but no titlebar etc appears. The windows stays on top and is focused, clicking into the taskbar does not work.

(Some content has been blurred by intention)

The only solution is pressing "Alt + F2" and typing "blind" marco --replace

Can you duplicate this with any other electron apps? I myself won't be able to duplicate this as I don't have any electron apps installed but hopefully someone else here can.

Unfortunately no, e.g. it does not appear with Signal Desktop or Mattermost. But the issue appears on three systems running MATE.
