First and foremost, this is an outstanding solution. I hope that you enable the Discussions feature in this GitHub repo to allow for general discussion that may not directly result in code changes.
I think this is a hidden gem that deserves more discoverability.
I would suggest one small enhancement, to allow clients to choose how to handle when views are not protected anymore in future versions, if and when that occurs before this package handles it and issue a new version.
For example, I imagine some clients would want the existing behavior, which is for the view to be exposed to screenshots, screen capture and inactivity.
Other clients might want to disable the entire feature that uses that view, and others might want to just crash the app for whatever reason.
This is just my small contribution for the package, if I have enough time and contribution is welcome, I might come back and open a PR. This might be a good opportunity to create a contribution guide, but that is for another issue.
