What Cloudback protects

Full Git history (branches, tags, refs, commits) and Git LFS, plus wikis, releases with binary assets, issues, pull requests with reviews and inline comments, milestones, labels, ProjectV2, commit comments, collaborators, and webhooks.

Encryption you control

AES-256 encrypted ZIP archives with double-archive filename protection. Customer-managed encryption via RSA Lockbox (CMEK) lets you hold the private key - Cloudback only sees the public key. Key rotation re-encrypts every backup's password envelope without rewriting archives.

Pick 5 Cloudback-managed regions (US, EU, UK, Sydney, Singapore) for built-in data residency, or connect 10 customer-managed configurations: Amazon S3 (access key, access point, Glacier), Azure Blob, Google Cloud, OneDrive (Business and Personal), Wasabi, Alibaba OSS, OpenStack Swift.
