Suggestion: Create Dockerfile for easier install

Thank you for this very interesting looking library.

I wanted to try it, however the INSTALL.md is quite intimidating. There's a lot that could got wrong, thus I am worried attempting to try go through it.

Would you be interested in creating a Dockerfile/Docker image for eaiser install?
