Refreshing model list?

I downloaded a bunch of new models in Ollama, but they are not listed in BMO. Is there a way to force refreshing the model list so the latest downloads are listed there/

go to the BMO configuration window under Community Plugins and refresh there.

I looked around the settings but I didn't see a refresh button or so.
