Feature Request: Option to have posts about as .mdx rather than .md

I like this tool would be great if there was a .mdx flag in the CLI.

Would be very nice - if more content is preserved as HTML/custom-elements, it can more easily be postprocessed with manual scripts, implementing some custom rendering of WP blocks
