Resource not found 404 error

I deployed grails app which has a restApiDoc plugin to tomcat as war file. When I tried to access restApiDoc url, the page is not working at all. I found that most resource are not found when I open the inspector. I'm using resources plugin 1.2.

I spent some time this afternoon trying to get the 0.6.1 release (with resources plugin) working in a production environment, but was unable to get it going due to missing js and css files.

The 'master' branch seems to work OK with the asset pipeline plug-in. Looks like the version has been rev'd to 0.6.3, but there isn't a release in grailsCentral. I'm using a local copy.

I ran into this too. Well, first I ran into the controller always giving a 404.

I've removed the default rule from my UrlMappings.groovy file, so it didn't have a mapping to the controller. I added in this rule to get the restApiDoc stuff in place:

    "/restApiDoc/$action?" (controller: 'restApiDoc')

But that by itself didn't quite do it. I also use the spring-security-rest plugin. I had to add in all the resource exception rules into my Config.groovy. And I added the restApiDoc path in there too, so my exception rules look like this now:

That got it working for me.
