Dear TAC,
On behalf of the Power Grid Model project team, I’m pleased to share that the project is ready to progress from the Incubation stage to the Early Adoption stage. Over the past year, the project has matured significantly in terms of community engagement, governance, documentation, and technical capabilities.
During today's annual project review in the Grid Simulation and Modeling SIG Monthly Meeting, we plan to present this transition request. However, since the SIG is not formally mandated to approve stage transitions, we would like to ask the TAC to review and approve the proposed advancement.
Following the meeting, both the annual review presentation and the meeting recording will be uploaded to the corresponding GitHub issue for your review and approval.
