time-range REPORT returns events out of range

When querying events with a time-range REPORT, events outside of this range are included in the response.

Are the events recurring? Because these are indeed not filtered out yet.

I've taken a closer look and it seems to be a bug in the test suite.
Since the example has a date-time DTSTART and neither a DURATION nor a DTEND it does not have an end and hence overlaps with any interval in the future.
