Chatbot feature - Talk to the lemon!

Once we've implemented #25 and the lemon randomly says stuff, it would be fun to try to take it one step further, and allow a visitor to chat with him.

We could use nltk or something to try to answer questions about my work history, skills, contact info, and past projects and experience. Instead of going to a website to read a CV, you just go there and talk to the website, asking it questions like "Do you have any experience with Kubernetes?" or "How can I get in touch with you?".
