Desktop: Changing profile in the primary instance in Joplin kills the secondary instance

Current behaviour

Reproduction steps:

1. Open Joplin desktop
2. Open a secondary instance
3. Create a new profile in the first Joplin instance and switch to it
4. Observe that the secondary instance is killed while the primary instance restarts

Expected behaviour

Switching the profile in the primary instance should not kill the secondary instance, just like switching profile on the secondary instance does not kill the primary instance
