Menu text colors are not consistent

I am using this theme on http://perspectiveproj.com. On the home page, the menu links are white as desired, but on any other page, the links go back to the default dark gray. Is there a way this can be fixed?

Closing as stale — the Customizer already provides separate 'Home Menu Color' and 'Menu Color' settings under Colors to control menu text colors on the home page vs. other pages. This repo is no longer actively maintained.
