Apple dumped separate patches folder Sonoma (ksh-36) >> Sequoia (ksh-39)

@McDutchie, just wanted to let you know in the change from ksh-36 to ksh-39 at Apple Open Source, Apple dumped a separate patches directory in favor of a source tree with their patches already applied.

They dropped the install_source target in the Makefile as well, which makes sense since their source tree doesn't match INIT and ast-ksh any more.
