stripTypeNamePrefix works incorrectly for the polymorphic types with type parameters

Would produce parser which expects the following table

But I expected

FYI tomland is in emergency maintenance only mode (I maintain it just to keep it building with newer GHCs) so I think it's unlikely this issue will be addressed.
