That's not possible in that sense.

You might not have a possibility to download explicitly only your media.

You just can download e.g. group chats and find your media as long as you have your Telegram id.

SELECT url FROM media INNER JOIN messages ON media.id=messages.media_id WHERE messages.user_id = <user_id>

This should give you a list of all the files of a certain user which are stored in ./media/ within a dump.
