Import OpenAI key error

Thank you for a great project! I followed the deployment instructions and get an error in architect.ts.

"An import path can only end with a '.ts' extension when 'allowImportingTsExtensions' is enabled."

Tried using chat/composer to fix with no success. Made recommendations that also have errors.

Was able to resolve the error by amending the tsconfig.json file.

"allowImportingTsExtensions": true,
"noEmit": true

Not sure if these options have any other impacts.
