Bug Description

while multitasking on different kiro windows, creating design.md files for different projects. Suddenly it stopped working and threw error.

"Unable to fetch account usage data: Your User ID (948844d8-80d1-705b-c4bf-29d2af884e16) temporarily is suspended. We've locked your account as a security precaution. To restore access, please contact our support team to verify your identity: https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/kiro"
