Unable to obtain payment portal URL: Your User ID (448834c8-9041-70df-20c5-29ebe14146f6) temporarily is suspended. We've locked your account as a security precaution. To restore access, please contact our support team to verify your identity: https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/kiro

Potential "False-Positive Account Suspension".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ask a question or describe a task.

Expected Behavior

I just began using Kiro this evening. I think I racked up about 150 requests. Should still have quite a bit more on the free tier. Any help appreciated. :)

Why is this marked as duplicate?
Both report authentication/access issues with Kiro service - new issue shows account suspension error while #4681 shows AccessDeniedException, both preventing normal service usage
