BYOM with Bedrock

Feature Description

Add a feature to bring your own Bedrock models. Similair to how Claude Code does it:

Use Case

For many companies, data privacy and IP concerns are paramount. I would love to have a BYOM option to bring our company's bedrock models to be used within Kiro. This hopefully would fully prevent Model companies from training on IP in repos we use Kiro on.

Please add BYOM support for models (e.g., Bedrock, Azure Foundry) hosted behind LLM proxies like LiteLLM to enhance user flexibility and compatibility.
