Implement other algorithms? #8
Description
Cylc 7 has a "spawn-on-submit" algorithm. Cylc 8 has "spawn-on-demand". There are lots of other algorithms, some quite old, for removing cycles (decyclify, graph unfolding, etc). StackStorm also supports cyclic workflows (TODO: find out how that's implemented in Orquesta).
Perhaps add more later.
