Support for embedded cover art in .m4b files

Most of the time there's embedded cover art in .m4b files. It would be nice to see the cover art in ASB. Right now, opening .m4b files just shows a black screen. Would also make exported cards look nicer, with the cover being exported and showing on Anki cards.
