lm.fit error

Hi! Can you please verify whether "timepoints" is in minutes or hours? I am getting the following error:
Error in lm.fit(x, y, offset = offset, singular.ok = singular.ok, ...) :
incompatible dimensions

I ran the following arguments:
x = growthrateR(platefile, platemap, timepoints=90, window=1.5, time.min=-Inf, time.max=Inf, plate.clean=TRUE)

My plate OD readings were obtained every 1.5 hours.

Hi! timepoints is in minutes.

Two things I can think that may be causing your error:

1. The time column in your plate file may have been automatically formatted to 00:00:00 MM/DD/YYYY by Excel. Try manually changing the formatting to numeric, and ensuring that the values are: 0, 90, 180, etc.
2. Because you set window and timepoints are the same (90 mins), you're "regressing" just 1-2 points. Try increasing window to a time window that will include at least three measurements.
