Allow more http IP range on all local network

For now, the iOS app only allows http for 192.168.0.1/16 or the 10.x.x.x range.
This is so limited as local home network may vary from these to IPs like 192.168.x.1/24.

It is not convenient to just change the whole network setting for the flo software.

Also, many people access their home network with VPN, and doesn't have any security issues.

Please loose the restriction for this...

Seconds this - using TailScale to access Navidrome, I get "A TLS error caused the secure connection to fail" with https, and because of this restriction, I cannot try to use http only over tailscale. This means that the app effectively works ONLY with my local IP (not even a local DNS name) on my local WiFi network.....
